Imming
Vice President of Wealth Management
John Imming
John is no stranger to putting out fires; in fact, he worked as a trained firefighter for several years before following a different career path. During that time, he honed his skills of quick thinking and calm direction — skills he uses when working with advisors.
John brings more than a decade of financial services experience to his role with AEWM. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and management from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He also has passed the Series 7, 24 and 66 securities exams and holds a life insurance license.
Never one to shy away from hard work, John is pursuing his CFP® through the University of California-Los Angeles. He and his wife, Rene, also stay busy with their three kids: Grayson, Harrison and Allison.

Ryan Vande Velde
Ryan started with Advisors Excel in 2012 and moved to AEWM in 2016. As a member of Team Imming, Ryan loves the opportunity to work with many advisors and guide them through the daily challenges of running a business. The most rewarding part of his job is getting to know advisors on a personal level.
A graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, Ryan lives in Rossville, Kansas, with his wife, Terri (who works on the Life Team at Advisors Excel), and their two sons, Lane and Kason. Outside of work, he enjoys any outdoor activity, especially hunting.

Sullivan
Director of Wealth Development
Chris Sullivan
Chris joined Team Imming as the director of wealth development in January 2021. He has worked in financial services and investing for more than 10 years and has extensive experience with wholesale mutual funds, SMAs and alternative solutions. Before joining AE Wealth Management, Chris worked for Ivy Investments. He is a graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities exams.
Chris lives in the Kansas City metro area with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Riley and Blaine. When not at work, he and his family can often be found spending quality time on the golf course.

Brandy Moore
Brandy started with AEWM as an advisor service representative, then moved into the role of transition consultant in late 2018. Now, as a relationship manager, she has returned to her roots of building relationships with advisors and helping them realize their goals for their practice.
Brandy graduated from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, where she double majored in marketing and management. She lives in a small rural community about 25 minutes from Topeka with her two boys and enjoys the fact that there’s never a dull moment at her house.

Michelle Gee
Michelle joined AEWM in 2019 as an account service representative where she helped advisors with a variety of tasks from paperwork to technical support and everything in between. Before joining Team Imming, she worked as a Transitions Consultant, where she trained new advisors on the various AEWM platforms we have. As a Relationship Manager she looks forward to using her communication skills to build lasting relationships with advisors (and their staff) to help them become the most successful in their business.
Michelle is married to Justin; they have 3 children and 1 granddaughter. Her favorite day of the week is Sunday when the whole family gets together for dinner. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, vacationing in the mountains or on the beach, and spending time with her family.
